A sense of hope

i think this will be a short one. . . . . . . . .
well around a week ago my dad got back to jakarta from japan. and as i requested, i wanted cd's from japan. i asked for 2 albums of depapepe. if you guys dont know who they are, they consist of 2 people, both are playing the guitar. they are awesome. they create only instrumental and kin of addictive music for me.
anyways...
he handed me the cd in the car on our way home from the airport. and i played the cd of course. first i played the album which is depapepe's first album. as the song plays my dad told me that this their first album, this cd made them popular in japan and also out of japan. they had work hard to publish it.
then my mom was like " oh really, this album consisting of 5 songs had made them famous?" then my dad replied "yup, its because of this first cd, and soon, my son will hopefully become like them". and i was like what thats the first time i herd him say that.
usually he didnt allow me pick to be what i want to be. of course everytime that brought me down. it wqas like that he didnt even let me try, he wouldnt let me have a fighting chance.
so that sentence that he said in the car somehow ment a lot to me. haha.
